Aura Moments — Small Intentional Moments

Aura Moments are short, intent-led breathing and presence sessions — a lighter-weight way to pause and reset than a full Aura.

Not every moment needs a 45-minute Aura. An Aura Moment is a short, guided pause you take on purpose.

What Aura Moments are

Aura Moments are brief sessions built around one of six intents: calm, focus, clarity, morning, sleep, or reset. Each intent pairs with a guided breathing technique and a simple posture check-in.

Breathing techniques included

  • Equal Breathing — a steady, even rhythm
  • Box Breathing — four even sides, in, hold, out, rest
  • Extended Exhale — a longer release
  • Relaxing Breath — gentle hold, long release
  • Slow Breathing — a five-second tide

When to use one

  • Before a morning routine
  • Before deep work
  • Between work and rest — a transition
  • Before opening an app you tend to drift into
  • In the evening, before winding down

Small intentional moments can shape the rest of the day. An Aura Moment takes about as long as a cup of tea.
